Outpatient Nutrition Care

At Ignite Nutrition, HAES (Health at Every Size) and trauma informed care are cornerstones of the treatment philosophy. As a clinician, I have extensive experience treating a diverse spectrum of eating disorders; specifically those which co-occur along side substance use and mental health disorders. I aim to meet clients where they are and support them in attaining goals that align with their unique experience. I believe everyone deserves food freedom, however that may look.
